I have a medical condition. Can I still come to class?
Tai Chi and qigong are suitable for most medical conditions – they are slow and focus on controlled movements, and each person is encouraged to work at their own pace and within their current limits. You can sit down at any point during the class if you feel you need to rest.
Please advise me of any issues or medical conditions at the start of the class, particularly if you have any of the following medical conditions: a heart condition, MS, Fibromyalgia, a back or limb injury, Arthritis, Asthma (if severe), or if you have previously had a Stroke.
